Privacy Policy

Who we are

This site, onelever.ai, is run by SRK Advisors LLC, doing business as OneLever ("we", "us"). It exists so people can learn what we build and get in touch. We collect what we need to answer you and to understand which pages and channels work. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

What you give us

When you send the contact form, we receive:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Which best describes you (business type)
• Your message (optional)

Please leave patient information and other sensitive personal details out of the form. If you write to us by email or book a call, we receive whatever you include there.

What we collect with the form automatically

• Campaign tags in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), if present
• A Google Ads click ID (gclid), if present in the link
• A Google Analytics client ID (ga_client_id), if one is available
• The page you landed on (landing_page) and the page that referred you (referrer_url)
• The page the form was sent from

To carry the campaign tags and click ID from the page you land on to the form, our site keeps them in your browser's session storage. Session storage stays in your browser, is cleared when you close the tab, and only reaches us if you send the form.

IP addresses and logs

Like most websites, our server sees your IP address. It can appear in our application logs (for example when the form is rejected as spam or a page errors) and in error notification emails we send ourselves when something breaks. To stop form spam, the server briefly holds your IP address in memory when you send the form (a couple of minutes, never written to a database).

How we use it

• To reply to you, usually within one business day
• To understand which pages and marketing channels bring people to the site
• To keep the site secure, fix errors, and block spam

Cookies, analytics, and Global Privacy Control

We set one session cookie that makes the contact form work securely. It is required for the site to function.

We don't currently run analytics or advertising tags on this site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it.

Fonts

Our fonts are served from our own server. Loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.

Who else handles it

• Render hosts the site and keeps our server logs. The site has no database and does not store form submissions
• Google (Gmail / Google Workspace) processes our email for us: the notification we receive when you send the form, error notifications, and our replies to you
• Calendly handles booking if you choose to schedule a call; Calendly's own privacy policy applies there

These providers process data for us to run the site. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are not stored on the website. When you send the form, it is emailed to us and kept in our email. We delete it when you ask. The IP address held for spam control is dropped from memory within minutes.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Send you a copy of it
• Correct it
• Delete it, including the copy of your form submission in our inbox

Email admin@onelever.ai from the address you used, or tell us which address to look up. We may ask you to confirm it's you. We respond within 45 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
