Privacy Policy

The short version

OneLever.ai is operated as a consulting practice. This site exists so potential clients can learn about what we do and get in touch. We collect the minimum data needed to make that happen. We don't sell your information to anyone. Ever.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form, you provide:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Business type
  • Your message (optional)

We also capture UTM and attribution parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, etc.) if they're present in the URL when you arrive. This helps me understand where visitors are coming from so I can focus my outreach on what actually works.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry, usually within one business day
  • To understand which marketing channels bring people to the site
  • To improve the site and the services I offer

Contact form submissions are stored in a database and emailed directly to me. That's it. No third-party marketing platforms, no lead brokers, no data resellers.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to track aggregate visitor behavior: page views, traffic sources, device types, and similar metrics. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish unique visitors.

Beyond Google Analytics and a standard session cookie (used to make the contact form work securely), this site does not set any additional cookies. No ad trackers, no retargeting pixels, no third-party cookies.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained indefinitely so I can reference past conversations if we end up working together. Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings. If you want your data removed, just ask and I'll take care of it.

Your rights

You can:

  • Ask what data I have about you
  • Request that I delete it
  • Request a copy of your data
  • Opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on

I'll respond to any data request within 30 days.

Third-party services

  • Google Analytics -- visitor metrics and traffic analysis
  • Calendly -- if you book a call, Calendly's own privacy policy applies

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top. This is a small consulting site, not a platform, so changes will be rare.
